To become a member, simply click on the “Become A Member” button on the home page of the Linksfinity website or mobile app and follow the prompts.
You can participate as part of a two or four person team.
Each team should designate one person to act as Captain to organize and create a team. This can be done on the Linksfinity website or iPhone mobile app. Once the Captain has chosen a format and selected the team’s scoring and ranking preferences, he or she will be prompted to invite other players to join the team by sending an email invitation directly from the website or mobile app. The email invitation will contain a link to the website where teammates will be able to sign up as a member of Linksfinity and join the team.
We have created the role of Captain to help organize a team. The Captain will create the team, select a format, choose scoring and ranking preferences, and invite teammates to participate.
Yes, a team can reassign the role of Captain at any point during the season.
As long as the team has not already submitted a round, the captain can add or change teammates on the Team Profile Page by clicking on My Dashboard on the Linksfinity website navigation bar.
Yes, you can play on more than one team with the same or different teammates, but each team must have a different name. Also, please note that each team must play at least three rounds before it will be ranked.
For this release of Linksfinity, teammates will be required to play from the same tee box. We will enable team members to play from different tee boxes in a future release of Linksfinity.
We have not created a separate division for Mixed Gender team play for this release of Linksfinity. However, we are planning to create a separate Division for both Mixed Gender and Parent-Child team play with participants able to play from different tee boxes in a future release of Linksfinity.
There will be two team formats for this release of Linksfinity: Scramble and Best Ball.
In a Scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The team selects the best tee shot, and all players will play their next shot from there. This process is repeated until the ball is holed.
In Best Ball, each player plays his or her own ball on every hole, but the best individual score on each hole counts as the team score for the hole.

Yes, we created the option to play on a 9 or 18 hole basis to ensure that people with limited time have a chance to get out and play more often. The 9 hole format makes it easier to play a fun round of team golf in two hours or less.

Track your scores on a mobile phone with the Linksfinity Score Entry keypad. It is quick and easy to use and allows you to enter team scores for Scramble formats and both individual and team scores for Best Ball formats on a hole-by-hole basis.
When you are ready to start your round, simply select the course you want to play, the tee box your team will play from, and the hole you want to start on, and you will be you will ready to play.

You can choose to keep score using Gross, Net or the Stableford Points System.

Once your have finished playing, you will be prompted to submit your round. Once you have submitted your round, your scores will automatically be saved, and within minutes, your scorecard will be emailed to you and any team members.
Yes, you can enter your scores after the round by using the Linksfinity Score Entry keypad on the website. Simply click on Post Your Scores on the Navigation Bar at the top of the website, and you will be prompted through the process.
After you have played a round and submitted your scores, you can check all of your scorecards by clicking on Scorecards within the Menu of the Linksfinity iPhone app. You can also click on My Dashboard on the Navigation Bar at the top of the Linksfinity website or within the Menu of the mobile friendly version of linksfinity.com and select the scorecard you want to view.
Please check to make sure that you have submitted the rounds that you have played. A scorecard will not be posted or reflected in your personalized rankings unless it was submitted after the completion of a round.
For this release of Linksfinity, you will not be able to correct a score after you have posted it. In a future release, it will be possible to correct a score that has been submitted with an error.
After you have submitted your round, each player will receive an email with a link to a printable scorecard. You can also print any of your scorecards from linksfinity.com by clicking on My Dashboard on the Linksfinity website navigation bar and selecting the scorecard you would like to print.
Each team has to post at least three rounds to be ranked.
Yes. You have the option to be ranked by format within a Linksfinity Affinity Group. You also have the option not to be ranked. For a more detailed discussion of Linksfinity Rankings, click on the Rankings Learn More window on the bottom of Linksfinity website home page.
In a future release of Linksfinity, the top teams in each format will qualify to compete head-to-head in an End-of-Season Club Tournament.
